General Information

How many guests can the event space accommodate?

Our event space can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests.

What are your event hours?
Events may take place between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Music must end no later than 9:30 PM.

Venue Rental

Is there a venue rental fee?
Venue rental fees are waived when catering is provided by Tselogs Restaurant.

What if we only want to rent the venue?
Venue-only rental rates are:

Weekdays
• $600 (4-hour minimum) $150 thereafter

Weekends
• $800 per hour (4-hour minimum) $200 thereafter

What is included with the venue rental?

The venue rental includes:
• Tables and chairs
• Table tops and linens
• Basic speakers
• Microphone

Is setup and cleanup time included?
Clients and approved vendors may arrive up to 30 minutes before the event unless otherwise approved.

Events must end at the scheduled end time listed in the agreement. Clients and vendors are allowed up to 30 minutes afterward for cleanup and removal of decorations, personal items, and equipment.

For evening events, all guests, vendors, decorations, and equipment must be completely out of the venue by 10:00 PM. For example, if an event requires 30 minutes for cleanup, the event itself should be scheduled to end by 9:30 PM.

Additional charges may apply for overtime or late departures.

Catering & Food


Do you offer catering packages?
Yes. We offer several catering packages with different menu selections and pricing options.

Can we customize the menu?
Menu substitutions may be allowed with prior approval from the Venue.

How is the food served?
Food service is buffet-style for the first two hours of the event unless otherwise arranged.

Can guests take leftover food home?
Yes. Guests may take leftover food home after the event.

Can we bring outside food?
Yes, limited outside food is allowed with prior approval.

We distinguish between:
• Outside catering services
• Party trays, desserts, or specialty food items brought by the client

What counts as outside catering?
Outside catering refers to a catering company that provides food together with services such as:
• Buffet setup
• Serving staff
• Warming equipment or sternos
• Food replenishment
• Onsite catering operations

Outside catering companies require prior approval from the Venue.

What is required for outside catering approval?

Approved outside catering companies may be required to provide:
• A valid business license or business permit
• Proof of general liability insurance
• Compliance with applicable food safety regulations

The Venue reserves the right to deny outside catering requests that may interfere with venue operations, create safety concerns, or substantially duplicate Tselogs catering services.

Can we bring party trays or specialty food items?
Yes. Clients may bring party trays, desserts, or specialty food items purchased from outside businesses, especially items that are not typically offered by Tselogs Restaurant or included in our catering menu.

These items are not considered outside catering as long as they do not involve onsite catering setup, staffing, or equipment.

Please note:
• Clients are responsible for serving outside food items unless otherwise arranged
• The Venue does not provide sternos, warming equipment, serving staff, replenishment service, or cleanup for outside food items brought into the event
• Guests may take leftover food home after the event

Can we bring cakes or desserts?

Yes. Outside cakes and desserts are permitted.

Clients bringing cakes or desserts must:
• Provide their own disposable utensils
• Serve those items themselves

Alcohol & Beverage Service

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No. Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

Do you offer bar service?
Yes. Cocktail and bar service may be arranged separately and must comply with all licensing regulations.

Will guests need ID for alcohol service?
Yes. Guests consuming alcohol may be required to present valid identification proving they are 21 years or older.

Decorations & Vendors

Can we decorate the venue?

Yes. Decorations are welcome as long as they do not damage the venue.

What decorations are allowed?
Allowed:
• Painter’s tape
• Temporary backdrops using painter’s tape or backdrop stands

What decorations are not allowed?
Not allowed:

• Thumbtacks
• Nails or screws
• Staples or damaging adhesives
• Confetti
• Fireworks or firecrackers

Are candles allowed?

Candles are only permitted on cakes.

Can we hire our own DJ, photographer, or entertainers?

Yes. DJs, photographers, entertainers, and other approved vendors are welcome with prior approval from the Venue.

Payments & Policies

How much is the deposit?

For events with catering provided by Tselogs Restaurant, a non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required to reserve the event date.

For venue-only reservations, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total venue rental amount is required to reserve the event date.

A separate refundable $500 security deposit is required for all events.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment and final guest count are due one week before the event.

What is the final guest count policy?

The final guest count submitted one week before the event will be considered the guaranteed minimum for billing purposes. If fewer guests attend than the confirmed number, charges will still be based on the final confirmed guest count.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Credit card

Credit card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee.

Are taxes and service charges included?
No. Applicable local taxes and an 18% gratuity/service charge apply to catering and alcohol service.

Is there a refundable security deposit?

Yes. A refundable $500 security deposit is required for all events.

The security deposit may be used to cover:
• Damages to the venue
• Excessive cleanup
• Overtime charges
• Missing items
• Violations of venue policies

What is considered excessive cleanup?
Standard event trash disposal is included. However, clients are responsible for removing excessive garbage beyond what is reasonably expected from the event.

Examples may include:
• Large amounts of gift wrapping paper
• Gift boxes and packaging
• Decorations left behind
• Bulk outside food containers
• Vendor packaging materials

Clients are encouraged to take home gifts, packaging, decorations, and personal event materials at the conclusion of the event.

When is the security deposit returned?
If no issues are found after the event, the security deposit will be returned within 7 days. Any deductions will be explained to the client.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the event.

Rescheduling may be permitted if:
• The request is made at least 72 hours before the event
• The requested new date is available

Event Rules

Is parking available?

Parking availability may be limited. The Venue does not guarantee parking spaces and is not responsible for guest parking arrangements.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed inside the venue.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the venue.

Are children allowed?

Yes. Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

What happens if the event goes overtime?

Overtime charges apply:
• $50 per additional 10 minutes
or
• $300 per additional hour

Photography & Social Media

Can we hire a professional photographer or videographer?

Yes. Professional photographers and videographers are welcome as long as they follow venue rules and space limitations.

Will Tselogs post photos from our event?

The Venue may occasionally use photos or videos from events for marketing or social media purposes.

If you prefer your event not be featured, please notify us in writing before the event.
